But where will they get the skills to learn how to live, to develop healthy relationships, to be men and women of integrity, and to be spiritually fulfilled?
We want to partner with men and women in the marketplace who have a desire and are committed to make an impact in the marketplace.
Who is a Priority Affiliate?
A Priority Associates affiliate is a person who has a sense that God wants him involved in the marketplace and feels like he/she is aligned with Priority Associates vision and goals. This includes a desire to be challenged to higher growth and personal development as well as to have a flexible and teachable attitude that will allow for maximum impact in the lives of others.
An affiliate status provides the opportunity for individuals to be challenged to utilize their gifts and skills in a particular role within the Priority Associates movement.

What Would Be the Expectations/Qualifications?
You would need to agree to work with the local Priority Associates leadership in determining an area of service, such as leading a small group, Leadership Council, local team leadership, special projects, conference planning, graphic design and more. There should be a willingness to be teachable and accountable in working with the local Priority Associates team.
Because of our investment in your life, it would be important to agree to an initial one year commitment that would then possibly grow beyond that as we work together.

Opportunities to Serve
Staff members and Affiliates come from all educational and professional backgrounds. They serve in one of three areas.
- Local Cities -You will be working with a local team of staff and volunteers who have a heart to influence the business and professional community; helping them grow in their relationship with God, building them in their faith and leadership abilities, and sending them back into their workplace to touch the lives of others.
- Opportunities·
- Leading small groups.
- Bringing people to an outreach events and leadership events.
- Recruiting people for conferences.
- Planning and leading conferences and events.
- Training others to share their faith story.
- Developing your personal ministry skills.
- Expansion - Your skills can be used to expand Priority Associates by coaching others who live in areas where there are no full-time staff through our LINC ministry, by becoming a city coordinator, and by helping to send teams of business and professional men and women for short-term or extended trips to cities with which we partner internationally.
