Vacation With A Purpose

Join us and see what God is doing around the U.S. and the world. Let God refresh you and deepen your faith through the inspiration of wonderful music and gifted speakers.

Come and hear the incredible things that God has done. Spend time with Priority Associates staff and associates from other cities who have a heart and passion for Christ and sharing Him with other professionals.

Colorado State University is nestled in the foothills of the majestic Rocky Mountains and is a jumping-off point to experience the wonder of God’s creation. Take a few extra days and enjoy hiking and sightseeing in the great Rocky Mountain National Park.

The conference begins with a picnic on Thursday afternoon, July 17 at 4:30 p.m. Plan to arrive in Fort Collins by 3:00 p.m. in order to register and attend the picnic. The conference officially ends Sunday noon. Fort Collins is about 1 1/2 hours north of Denver International Airport. Allow time for travel.

Although you can register on-line, you will need to register at CSU also. CSU registration is Thursday, July 17 from 1:00pm - 5:00pm at Durrell Center. If you arrive too late to register, there will be a late registration from 9:00pm - 10:00pm in Durrell Basement.

Off-Campus Housing

Although CSU provides on-campus housing, we have reserved a block of discounted rooms at the Courtyard by Marriott at 1200 Oakridge Dr., about six miles from CSU. There are several restaurants near the hotel. It is YOUR responsibility to contact the hotel for reservations at (970) 282-1700. Mention that you’re with the Priority Associates group. You will pay the hotel directly for all your hotel charges. See details under “Costs.”

Costs
On-campus housing option
$345 per adult (Includes all meals from Thursday picnic through Sunday breakfast, double occupancy dorm housing, all conference materials)

NOTES:

1. Dorm room and board is a package and may not be purchased separately. In other words, you can’t live on campus without being charged for cafeteria meals (children included).

2. Every dorm room has two twin beds. You may want to bring king-size sheets and make the twin beds into a “king-size bed.” A pillow, blanket, sheets and towels are provided. You may wish to bring a small fan and your own pillow.

3. CSU will not give out any dorm rooms after 10:30 p.m. If you arrive after 10:30 p.m. please make your own arrangements for the night at a local hotel.

Off-campus housing option costs
$225 per adult (Includes Thursday picnic, Saturday luncheon, all conference materials)

Hotel Charges (an additional cost not factored into the above cost):
$99 per night plus tax (per room, single or double occupancy)

All hotel charges must be paid directly to the hotel (Courtyard by Marriott Fort Collins, Colorado 970-282-1700). The first night's lodging is nonrefundable and will be charged to your credit card when you call the hotel to make your reservation. You may cancel the reservation until June 9, at which time the remaining balance will be charged to your credit card.

NOTE: If you stay off-campus, you may purchase dorm cafeteria meal tickets at registration.

**A $150 per person deposit is required to hold your conference reservation. This deposit will not be refunded after June 1, 2003.
