To empower professionals to plant catalytic workplace movements across New York City so everyone knows someone who truly follows Jesus.

• We aspire to be a movement rather than a ministry, to be community with a mission not just a community
• We envision a day when each of us will be equipped to boldly engage our spiritually seeking co-workers and friends in a dialog about God and to share our faith with gentleness and respect.
• We will offer them multiple venues, experiences and points of connection with the Living Christ.
• Our actions, attitudes and behaviors will be a reflection of Jesus, so much so that secular New Yorkers will be attracted to our community because of our:
  • Deep convictions and faith in God
  • Consistency of character in personal and professional life
  • Authenticity, grace and love in all our relationships
  • Investment in others rather than serving self
